• You must not create or submit unwanted emails to any Black Throb members ("Spam").
• You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
• You must not, in the use of Black Throb, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Image Certification:

• You confirm that all individuals in any images you upload have willingly agreed to have their photos and or videos posted on BlackThrob.com, that they were all 21 years of age or older at the time the photo was taken, and that I have the necessary documentation to verify this.
